This realty company in Waco, Texas was in search of an outsourced partner to develop a variety of print collateral and assets to support their realty team. Having an already established brand, and a strong, well-known brand at that, there were strict design guidelines that had to come into play with every piece.

Since their brand was established, we worked within brand guidelines to produce a variety of print collateral pieces such as tri-folds, advertisements, holiday cards and gift cards to promote the brand and its realtors.
