IncubateX

IncubateX is a cohort-based incubator program in Waco, Texas that supports startups and established businesses that need an extra dose of strategic support. We were invited to partner on this project from the very beginning, and contributed to the creative ideation, naming and program launch. We were asked to provide full branding support, plus media relations and external communication in order to spread the word about this new, impactful program.

IncubateX was designed to address gaps in access and opportunity experienced by minority and women-owned businesses across our nation. With this mission in mind, we incorporated an asterisk into the logo, because minority and women-owned businesses have traditionally been treated as an afterthought or footnote. After we developed a completed strategy, we designed the logo and core messaging, followed by a completed visual identity. Once these pieces were complete, we used the messaging and design concepts to create event collateral and other design support.
