This program housed by long-time client, Startup Waco, was created to connect the workforce to the training and resources necessary for success. This program did not have branding and needed us to work from the ground up, targeting two core audiences: the workforce in search of resources to level up their career or looking for increased opportunities and businesses looking for valuable and qualified employee candidates.


First and foremost, we started with branding strategy, which led to the creation of the program’s logo, visual identity, messaging and collateral pieces such as a pitch document for repeated use. We created a brand with our two target audiences as the center focus and the result was a powerful, transformative brand. The goal when working on Emerge’s visual identity was to make a bold, stark and modern presence within the Waco community. The logo is a visual representation of two pieces joining together (the workforce and businesses) to create something influential.
